4th of July Week Family Fun

Lucy had a big, big tournament in Colorado over the 4th of July.  She was invited to play in a showcase game before the tournament started that was coached by college coaches.  Out of the girls that played in the showcase game some were selected to play in an All American Game.  Lucy played in that game too.  

Katie came to visit and watch.  The Doolittle's live about an hour from the tournament. 

These two played in the All American Game on different teams.

Sullivan Lake July 4th Picnic

Mike's idea!!  We went to Sullivan Lake to have a 4th of July picnic and check out the campsites at Sullivan Lake.  Best idea ever!!!! 

 Mike is in his element.  Cook stove and the forest.  Life is good!

We rarely get pictures together so we grabbed someone to take a picture of us, TOGETHER!  

We found a great picnic spot in the day use area.

Watermelon is a favorite summertime treat of mine!

We thought we would walk to the campgrounds to check them out but it was a much farther that we anticipated.  We went back the truck and drove around.

Clean up time!

We will be back in August to camp at Noisy Creek!  It as a perfect 4th of July day at the lake!
