God painted a glorious picture for us to see. How great is our God! Wow, no words to describe this adventure. There was lots of chatter about the Northern Lights appearing in the night sky. I had tried to see them in the past and nothing. This night was different. Mike and I took a neighbor and headed away from the city lights. We waited and waited. Then it happened, white streaks in the sky. Faint, very faint colors appeared and we started taking pictures. I looked up why the camera could see what we couldn't. The simple, very simple explanation is our eyes aren't made to see very faint colors at night. Cameras don't have that restriction. As the colors got brighter we could have seen them but we stayed until 11:30 and some people wanted to go. Enjoy the pictures of God giving us a colorful light show. We were in awe of what was created for us to see.
