Gotta start your day with a healthy meal. Breakfast, the most important meal of the day. Personally, I think they are all important!
I am not sure what they call the Pearl Street event. It is more than an expo like Bloomsday. There are shops to look at and all sorts of vendors and more. A statue picture! There was free stuff! Spin and win!
We got there early and it wasn't too crowded. It was crowded eventually but not in a bad way.
Another statue picture!
Well, this got our attention. Great marketing because it was coffee.
I would not eat these. They might be yummy but they look gross.
This is a very unique setting. Music all over!
Really, money for oxygen! I know we were at a mile high but really!
Inside a store full of kites!
More street music!
Yes, and even a flame thrower! I said he was on a unicorn. Oops. Unicycle! I sort of like unicorn better!!!
A rest break!
Statue man! All silver!
I love geology and I did take a picture of a rock. Read this. It was fascinating!
You can see how big the rock is compared to the people behind it.
Wait until you see the next picture. Guitar playing and...
upside down piano playing! Amazing!
Sunday was a beautiful day. A total contrast to Saturday. That's Colorado!
Keri and I had the best popsicle ever. It wasn't really even a popsicle. Thick wonderful ice cream on a stick in unique flavors!
The Pearl Street adventure is very unique. Lots of ways to spend money for sure. Fun to people watch and just enjoy! Keri, Bonnie and I headed to see Keri's new house.
It is a beautiful house and huge. Keri has lots of plans for decorating.
This is only part of the basement!
Fuel needed for the race tomorrow. Then there was the pizza mishap. We walked from the hotel to a pizza place. It took forever to get our pizza. Really forever. When the pizza came Bonnie got the wrong order. They cooked her a new pizza and left the wrong one for her. We all got 2 dollars off our orders. The pizza was great but the service not so much. We thought that it was not the norm for this place. The reviews said the service was slow but the pizza was good. It was the norm. Too slow for us! Well, we all had our breakfast for the morning of the race.
