Layne's Cross Country Meets, 2 of them.

This was a big cross country meet in Idaho.  Layne did great.  6th in small schools and 9th overall.  She is on the varsity team as a freshman.  These are 5K races, 3.1 miles.

 Next meet at Freeman high school.  She was third in this meet and she had a better time.  She wanted to get in the 20 minute range and she did. I think 20:36.

Layne was the third to cross the finish line.  She was only 5 seconds behind the winner! So good.  

 The Deer Park girls came in first through fourth!
